A The new versions of the TrueComp Suite and TrueProducer are claimed to offer improved ease of use, implementation and simple integration with existing IT systems.
The products offer additional features and functionality in Web Services, administration capabilities, reporting and analytics.
Web Services allows for the solutions to be seamlessly integrated into custom applications in any department, Callidus Software said. By using version 5.2.2 organisations can make data and compensation plans available to an existing sales-facing portal.
In addition TrueProducer 5.2.2 integrates with TrueAnalytics 5.2.2 to provide immediate insights from the TrueProducer Operational Data Store with reports including active agent, licence expiration, appointment expiration and producer status change updates. A Pricing details were not given.
